Republicans in Congress are working hard to try to restore law and order to our country.
This time, the House Judiciary Committee has stepped up to the plate. The committee asked Attorney General Jeff Sessions to appoint a second Special Counsel to investigate Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, and James Comey, Breitbart reported.
These formerly powerful political figures are truly in hot water now, as the same committee has already started its own investigation into the matter. They would only want the Justice Department to do the same to allow for the possibility of leveling charges.
All 20 Republican committee members have signed this letter, signaling just how important it is to each of them, and Americans.
Serious crimes have been committed by Obama and his cronies. No one should be above the law in this country.
The letter specifically instructs Sessions as to what the Special Counsel should be tasked to do. Among the 14 items up for investigation are the DoJ and FBI’s decisions about Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information.
The letter lists The Clinton Foundation’s potential illegal dealings internationally, including with the Ukrainian government, the Russian government, and Uranium One. Hopefully, they will also get to examine the foundation’s dealings in Haiti.
Loretta Lynch and James Comey’s decisions on these matters are also up for investigation. This includes any instructions from Lynch to downplay the importance of the Clinton investigation, and any leaks from Comey–going as far back as 1993.
The committee hasn’t forgotten about Bernie Sanders, as their letter asks the Special Counsel to look into the DNC’s likely collusion with Hillary Clinton against him during the primaries. They also mention the DNC’s server hacking and any access granted to the server.
Although the Republicans pushing for these decisions also have the best interests of liberals in mind, by their addressing impartiality of the DNC, liberals are not going to take kindly to this move.
The letter calls Hillary Clinton’s email case a “shadow cast over our system of justice.” That’s exactly right, and we need to shine a light on that shadow!
