Voter fraud appears to be running rampant in more and more states. Liberals’ lax oversight and complete opposition to common sense voter ID laws during early voting and absentee voting might be sparking increased efforts to rig the election in Hillary Clinton’s favor.
Indiana State Police troopers raided the office of the Indiana Voter Registration Project in Indianapolis on Tuesday. The raid came as a result of voter fraud being detected in nine of the state’s counties. All of the faux voter registration forms stemmed from the IVRP group, MSN reports.
“An investigation of this nature is complex, time consuming, and is expected to continue for several more weeks or months,” read an Indiana State Police statement. “Victims of the activities by some agents of the Indiana Voter Registration Project may not discover they have been disenfranchised from voting until they go to vote and realize their voting information has been altered. Such action may result in the citizen having to cast a provisional ballot.”
The Indiana voter fraud investigation began in Marion and Hendricks counties, but it has now expanded to include Allen, Delaware, Hamilton, Hancock, Johnson, Lake, and Madison counties.
State police investigators currently believe hundreds of voter registration forms are fake. The information on the Indiana Voter Registration Project is a combination of fake names, addresses, and dates of birth with real information.
After securing a search warrant, police officers seized files, computers, and even the personal cell phones of IVRP staffers.
The potential voter fraud investigation began in August and is expected to take weeks or even months to complete.
The Indiana Voter Registration Project is a program offered by the Patriot Majority group. While the name appears to indicate it is a conservative or Republican organization, it has been exposed as a liberal group.
“It’s an abuse of state resources, and it is a waste of taxpayers’ money,” said Patriot Majority President Chris Varoga. “It is outrageous what [the police] are doing.” Varoga has already complained about the raid to the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. Exactly why a criminal fraud investigation could be viewed as a possible Civil Rights issue remains entirely unclear.
The Patriot Majority website claims the organization is non-partisan in nature, but the reports and articles published by the group paint an entirely different picture. A distinct loathing of the Koch brothers is readily apparent. The IVRP has registered 45,000 voters, according to its president.
The group’s spokesperson is Christy Setzer. Her public relations firm has functioned as a Democrat strategist for the presidential campaigns of Howard Dean, Al Gore, and Chris Dodd.
