WATCH: Melania Caught Doing Something That Should Change How EVERYONE Sees Her

Melania Trump seemingly can do no right in the eyes of the Democrat world in this country. But that may be changing soon.

Our First Lady went to the children’s pediatric wing of a Presbyterian hospital in New York City to read to sick youngsters in honor of National Read Across America Day. Melania Trump chose a classic Dr. Seuss book to share with the ill children.

“I came to encourage you to read — and to think about what you want to achieve in life,” Mrs. Trump said. “You go places where you feel better.”

The reading day nationwide event was also Dr. Seuss’ birthday. He would have been 113 this year.

The book was her son Barron’s favorite as a little boy. Melania has visited the hospital before and recently spent time at the Children’s National hospital in Washington.

Melania Trump took a few moments with each sick child after reading them the book. The devoted mother made sure to ask each of them how they are feeling and truly listen to what they had to say.

Mrs. Trump encouraged them all to expand their horizons and to think “very, very outside of the box.” What a wonderful, hopeful message for the children. Melania is a prime example of what hard work and dreaming big can achieve. The middle class immigrant earned her college degree while working her way through school and then launched her own business before becoming our First Lady.

Instead of saying something nice about the loving gesture, the anti-Trump crowd mocked Melania’s accent on social media. She could have read the book in multiple languages, it is doubtful her detractors could do the same.

Liberals are only tolerant to folks who agree with their socialist agenda. Fellow Americans who happen to be patriotic conservatives are not extended any common decency from the left.

Leave it to the left to turn a heartfelt moment by the first lady into something negative. But have no fear, Melania, because We the People love you!
